They went above and beyond. The product arrived and it was broken. Sometimes that happens I was not upset just looking for an exchange and they made the process very easy by simply refunding me so I can order another one. I sincerely appreciate this. The package was well wrapped and had all the security precautions necessary to keep it safe. It’s just obvious it was not handled well by the delivery provider in order to break it. This type of customer service is super amazing Thank you
