I try to test every item that I sell. I will check it out as well as I possibly can. I will try to photo any item as close and clear as I can. If you purchase an item from me, and your not happy with it, E-mail me and we will talk about it. I do not want to be stuck with something that doesn't work. But as I said the item will be checked out before it is shipped. I have had people receive items and then tell me that it doesn't work. If I tell you that it works, then it will work. Unless it is damaged in shipping, and I have had that happen with a Yaesu FT-2800. Luck would have it, he had insured it, and got his money back. I encourage buying insurance.

Payment policy
I prefer PAYPAL as soon as the auction is over. If you can not pay for it after the auction maybe you shouldn't buy it. Just in case you place your highest bid and win I will ask that you pay within 24 hours. I'm not going to wait until you get paid. That is not the way to do business. If you do not have a PayPal account, then E-mail me and let me know what your intent is for paying if you win the auction. THANKS

Shipping information
I will most likely use USPS Priority Mail. I only charge you for the exact amount. I do not charge for packing and taking the item to the post office. If the item doesn't fit in a Priority Box then I will weigh it and charge you for the shipping cost only. I package items that I sale. If you JUST HAVE TO GET IT SHIPPED VIA ANY OTHER WAY, e-mail me before you bid please. I DO SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY. E-mail me for the cost before you bid. I will only charge you for actual shipping cost.

Return policy
Returns will be paid back as the item was paid for. After I receive the item back, and check it-out I will e-mail you for your information to refund your payment. If I find the item to be in the same condition as it was when I shipped it to you, then I will contact Ebay. So DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP IT. Unless it is not as I described it in the listing. Thanks
