History/background
As you can see from my feedback, I conduct a very honest and ethical business on ebay. I enjoy the community of ebay and the fact that we can find anything that we're looking for in the world when it's no longer in stores, no matter if it's out of style or not. I've been self employed for about three years now and I chose to take my business to ebay because of the world wide client base that you build on the internet. My specialty items are DVD's. That's been my business for years, and now I'm converting from the traditional store to the world wide ebay community. I promise to serve my customers with the greatest of service and the highest quality of products.
Payment policy
I prefer payments to come directly through paypal. If paypal is not an option, I do accept check or money order, but I do not ship the item until the check or money order has cleared through the bank. I've also accepted COD's, but please note that this is to be done at your own risk, I can't be responsible for lost money in the mail.
Shipping information
Items are shipped immediately after payment through paypal, and shipped immediately after bank clearance if paying with a check or money order. I do ship outside the U.S. Note that shipping outside the U.S. will take longer because I have to have the items shipped from my warehouse, then overseas.
Return policy
If at any reason you are unsatisfied with the item that you receive, I will be happy to refund your money within a reasonable time frame. Communication is very important to me. Please do not leave negative feedback and then contact me wanting a refund as well. I will be happy to refund any money on any product if you are not satisfied, that way we can exchange positive feedback for an honest transaction.
