What everyone should know about me
My name is Jayson Duffy and I started my business, Jay's Big Rolls, back in 1987 when I was a Junior in high school. I struggle with trying to do everything myself so it gets done right but realize I can't do everything by myself. Business is good.

Everyone around me knows how much I enjoy choco chip or M&M choco chip cookies way too much. It's hard to have any self control. Luckily, I run my butt off all day long to stay in shape.

Like I said, I started my business in 1987. Been selling on Ebay since 1998. A friend talked me into purchasing a Sony Mavica digital camera. Best decision I ever made (besides getting married my dear). I strive for perfection in business but it is very hard to keep everyone happy all the time. When I screw up something I admit it, fix the problem, and move on. Most buyers on Ebay don't realize how much effort it takes to answer questions, ship products, and take care of the business end. Fees on Ebay usually eat up about 16% of the sales price of the item. So you need to find items you can sell cheap, even with shipping, and still make a buck. I now have one full-time and four part-time employees. Yes, you can get more things done with more help but you can also get more headaches. Please be understanding and communicate any problems that you may have with your order so we can fix it. Besides selling paper and janitorial supplies, we are also a HARPER BRUSH DISTRIBUTOR.
Payment policy
Paypal is very handy for ebay purchases and saves time for everyone. My business also accepts credit cards.
Shipping information
We ship most items out UPS and items that go to WI, IL, MN, ND, SD, NE, get shipped Speedee Delivery. It is not uncommmon for me to send shipping refunds to people that might have paid more than necessary.
Return policy
If I mess up I fix the problem. Shipping can add a lot to the final cost so make sure you want it before buying.
