What everyone should know about me

Bigskyuphere started in 2002 when we were living in Rochester, NY.We worked on Ebay between jobs. Lucky for us, John kept everything he ever owned from childhood. Now in 2009 we are selling full time. So far, so good :-)

Things I sell

Vintage toys, comic books, clothing, shoes, electronics, pepper mills, books, original art, findings from the dumpster (it's amazing what people throw away!), Scenars...

Things I buy

We try to support our community and buy what we need from other sellers on the bay. Now, if only we could get organic free range eggs, life would be perfect.

We really don't do a lot of collecting anymore, now that our house has turned into a storage unit for the business.

Why we do it all...

Our ultimate dream is to purchase raw land in a region where we will grow most of our own food (without chemicals), build a natural home (straw bale, earth bag) and start a family of our own. We'd also love to build little straw bale cottages for family and friends. We love animals of all kinds, so lots of them, too!
