All domestic items will be sent out via Priority Mail, from Post Office - Hicksville, NY, 11801. International items will be shipped via International Priority Mail, if you country accepts it. If your nation does not accept International Priority mail, your package may be sent with United Parcel Service, via UPS location #202 - Farmingdale, NY 11735. Please see auction(s) for additional details. Large/bulky items such as laserdisc players are ONLY shiped via UPS.

If you feel that you have a legitimate issue with anything I sell, file a claim with PayPal first. I am extremely serious about cleaning out a warehouse in Edgewater, NJ. Because of that, I absolutely will not take anything back unless I hear from PayPal first! Whining, complaining, bellyaching, flames and spam will all be cheerfully ignored. Before bidding or buying - if you have any questions or comments, contact me with the “Ask seller a question” option. Whining, complaining, bellyaching, flames and spam aimed directly at me will just annoy me and will not get your problem solved.

Use the Ask Seller a Question button on one of my auctions. If I am not selling anything at the time, send e-mail to billnes@yahoo.com. Since Yahoo gets tons of spam, I suggest you put eBay Question in brackets in the subject line so I don't mistake your message for spam. Like this -> [eBay Question] The Subject of Your Message. If you use IRC, you can sometimes find me hanging around #arcade or #lasergames on irc.enterthegame.com. look for the same name I use on my auctions - billnes.

I'm sorry I have to write this. It's obvious that a lot of people out there are not good eBay users. If you’re happy with the item you win from me, I want Positive Feedback from you. I only ask that bidders be mature enough to understand that leaving Positive Feedback within 1 week after getting your item carries the absolute same exact amount of weight as prompt payment! If you are the type of eBay user that refuses to leave any kind of feedback, you are not welcome here and you should not bid! If people cheat me out of a Positive Feedback point, I retaliate by locking then out of my all future auctions. This is not a joke or empty threat - I've already done this three times. Once an auction ends, eBay leaves the record in its database for 90 days. That gives you 90 days to leave me feedback. After the 90 days expires, you loose the ability to leave feedback for that item. If that happens, I will lock you out - period. Once you are locked out, no appeals will be accepted!

Buyers with a feedback profile of 15 or less will have their profile and their eBay My World (if they have one) gone over with a fine toothed comb. Persons with the shades icon next to their user names will also be treated as Extremely Highly Suspect. If your reciently completed transactions are stll available in eBay's database they will be looked at, and the type of merchandise will be considered. Also, you may have your bids cancelled if you have too many Negative Feedbacks. If your uncomfortable with this policy, overly paranoid, or have something to hide then you shouldn't be here.
