package was shipped in timely manner, however, communication with seller was terrible. usps missed delivered package , they found it and it was delivered today, I tried communicate with seller about this , to keep them informed about it, but they were not interested , and after second email they called me "rude" and I was on my own , but thankfully package was found. so, you buy from this seller , they will ship it, and if you encounter problem with your item, you are on your own and good luck.

No matter what you say or do it will never be enough. One can apologize for others actions or words, communicate, have empathy and help when you can and you still can do nothing right.
