I strive always for top notch customer service. I am a very conciencious and responsive Seller. I will try to respond to every concern with a qualified answer to questions or concerns as soon as possible. This may take up to 48-72 hours. I'm out of state sometimes and I may not have access to the internet.
I do not care about becoming a Power Seller. It's a nice accolade and deserving of acknowledgement, although, I do this because I love it and not to set sales records... My items are unique and my customers are a priority to me, not profits.

My Items are Previously Owned and are Primarily Aquired in Minnesota and Wisconsin through Private Sales, Auctions, Estates and Private Collections. I research items to provide factual information on the item, facts about the company. I will include history, origin of the item as well as some fun facts when possible.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal for all transactions. PayPal accepts Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards and E-Checks from your Checking account. At NO time do I have access to your Personal or Private Data. I will Occasionally accept ONLY USPS Money Orders. Contact me for more details about Money Orders Before Bidding.
Shipping information
I do my best to keep costs at a minimum for my customers.
The recent changes to our economy has regrettably impacted everyone with higher shipping costs. To address this issue directly with complete transparency to my customers and to continue to offer the lowest possible rates and these keep cost down. I DO NOT CHARGE HANDLING FEES UNLESS STATED IN THE AUCTION. Please consider all costs with the cost of the item before bidding. THE MONEY PAID FOR SHIPPING DOES NOT GO TO SELLERS, it goes to the Shipping Carriers for the services provided and is out of our individual control... I want customers to Know And Believe they are treated Fairly. I offer Calculated Shipping. You know what these charges are when you bid! If you feel these charges are somehow inflated, please contact me to discuss before bidding or leaving a negative feedback. I refund any shipping costs collected over $1 to Buyers.
Return policy
I will always try to work with a Buyer who has a concern. Buyer pays return postage including Delivery Confirmation if item is returned. I do not send items On Approval. If item is damaged in shipping, Buyer files claim at USPS on Insured Items to expedite matter and avoid return shipping costs. No Refunds on Un-Insured Items.

Packaging Information
I pack all items as though I would like to get them. Packaging may include New or Previously Used Clean Boxes, NEW Bubble Wrap, NEW 3M Packaging Noodles, Previously Used Packaging Peanuts, Air Pillows, Bubble Wrap, Styrofoam, Tissue, Paper, Tape, Etc. PLEASE, contact me before bidding if you have ANY Allergic Concerns. I will do my best to accommodate any request as long as it ensures a safe delivery.
Unpaid Items
Regrettably and Sometimes a Buyer Bids on a item and does not pay for the item. I'm Understanding Within Reason and I'll work with a Buyer over a variety of issues. I offer a option for immediate payment through PayPal. I also Send Invoices & Reminder Notices. I follow eBay's recommended guidelines for this process. This is not personal. I Will File Unpaid Claims For Unpaid Items.
