Moonstone Ridge Creations was founded by Aly and Kelly with the intent to share our love of pagan, wiccan and all things metaphysical and spiritual. We are practicing spiritualists, makers of spiritually attuned items and premade things for altars.

Our love of spiritualism, mysticism and paganism brought us together and bonded us in friendship and business. Creating our own home biz started because Aly had a severe left sided stroke and continues to have significant physical problems due to it although it has greatly enhanced her spiritual gifts and abilities. Kelly is now her primary care giver as well as best friend and partner in all things. We are trying to find safe to display yet significant to all Wiccan and Druids altar and other environmental asthetic items so that we each may worship freely without the fear of ramifications from prejudices of others.

We use two types of shipping services either USPS or UPS depending on cost. Whichever is cheaper and easier is the one we use unless the buyer asks for something specific or faster ... which of course costs more.

Seven (7) days from the date that the USPS or UPS states that they delivered the item to you, you may request return from us. You must contact us so we can get the proper information to you for return and the item must be returned in resaleable condition. If special packing materials were used to send it they must be used to return it as well. If the item(s) value is over $40.00 than insurance must be put on the returned package just as it was to ship it. Once the return has been delivered than we will issue a return via paypal to you for the item. If the item is damaged in shipping you must alert us within 24 hours so we can make and file the proper claims and get a replacement out to you.

Ebay asks that all communication be made through their site and we honor that policy. If you wish to ask us about something other than an article for sale or auction then email through Ebay and we'll arrange the best way to further communicate about it from there. Our home biz is out of West Plains, Missouri although some things are shipped from other sources/providers.

We guarantee our new items for 30 days from date of delivery against manufacturer defects. All items that we make are guaranteed to match the description as we take great pains to write accurate as well as interesting descriptions. We also guarantee that if we charge more than $1.00 over what it truly costs to send the item we will refund the difference. We are not padding our shipping, in fact we typically lose on it to be honest.

My first answer to that is honesty. We personally try out all the items that we list or make them ourselves. We have used them or currently make use of them. We are not trying to make a million, which is a good thing 'cause we are not, we are only trying to survive fairly and honestly like most people. We are just two people in business with a lot of spiritual help but no other physical help, so we streamline as much as we can but we can give you a personal contact and attention that many others can't or simply choose not to. We also do not mark up the products beyond reason. We feel these items are beneficial in the ways we state in our descriptions and for the sake of both the buyers and the spirits we seek only to make a sustenance living not a killing. We are seeking to live and worship freely in the country as we do now until the day we die, nothing more or less.
