I only accept PayPal and credit or debit cards that are accepted through PayPal in the US. All other countries must send funds in USD via PayPal.

Fees are calculated and are NEVER my flat rate (flat rates are only from Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes). US & international shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (1st Class for lighter items). US residents can also request Media Mail or Parcel Post. I ship to the 50 states, Canada (buyer is responsible for GST, if charged; check your importing regulations) and Brazil (buyer is responsible for duty, if charged). I ship the same USPS working day (Mon thru Sat) if payment is made before 7 AM PT. Payment made after that time is shipped the next working day. All US shipments carry a $1 USD handling fee and all international shipments have a $2 USD handling fee (included in shipping fees) unless otherwise stated in the item description. NOTE: I WILL START SHIPPING TO ALL OF SOUTH AMERICA BY THE END OF OCTOBER 09. I will be adding countries each week for new listings. Check SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OPENING SOON for your country's name with a date which is when I begin adding it to my auctions.

See item description. Sometimes I will accept returns and other times I wont. My general policy is: Contact me regarding a return first if the item arrives broken and must also be shipped in the condition it was delivered in within 5 (five) days of the date it was delivered. I (the seller) will pay for the shipping and give a full refund of what was paid at the end of the auction (insurance, if purchased, is NOT included in the refund) upon determining whether or not the item was really damaged (this will take 1-2 days). Refunds are only sent via PayPal.

Send me a message through eBay if you have a question about anything. I am usually logged in to eBay so you should get a response within 24 hours on almost any given day. I don't send responses on major holidays (New Years Eve and Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving). Questions sent on these days will be answered the following day (Yes I do send responses on weekends).

Beginning September 23, eBay will no longer allow sellers to offer insurance as optional. eBay will make us fold the cost of insurance into items or their shipping fees after the 23rd. However, I want to keep prices low. To achieve this goal, I will allow the buyer to choose to purchase insurance at his/her own discretion for items (or groups of items) that sell for less then $50 USD. Although I cannot offer insurance as optional after the 23rd on my auctions, I will allow buyers to send me a message asking for me to have the item insured (no message tells me you don't want it to be insured). If the items or groups of items total $50 USD or more, then insurance will be added into the shipping fees. If you are purchasing items from a country other than the US or Canada, then insurance will also be added into the shipping fees. I would hate for the item to be delivered successfully only to learn that it was already broken en route. Thanks for your understanding.
