History/background
I treat Ebay as a business and report all my sales to the IRS and pay taxes on it. I also have a web site. Though we have recently started the website we have high hopes.
Payment policy
I use paypal for all my transactions so that all buyer's credit card information is kept secure.
Shipping information
I normally ship next business day. I use USPS exclusively. As I work for the USPS I find it a very convenient way to ship.
Return policy
I cheerfully accept returns mailed within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for return postage fees, and of course the item must be in condition that I shipped it in. If buyer doesn't choose optional insurance, buyer is out of luck! I pack the items very, very carefully. In 4 years I have only had two items broken in shipment!
