Shipping information
Shipping information is available with each listing. Will ship UPS & USPS only unless stated otherwise in item listing. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs including insurance (may be required on certain items, see item listing), return shipment and any customs duties or other fees. I do not assume any responsibility for late, lost, or broken items or packages. Elect to purchase shipping insurance with the item you are buying (unless it is required, see item listing) if you feel you need to protect the item from damage during shipment.
DHL shipping now available on DVDs, books, CDs, and software. Please contact me after the end of auction for the cost of shipping via DHL.
Return policy
See item listing for the applicable return policy. Entire contents that were shipped to the buyer must be returned (when applicable) or no refund or exchange will be issued. Contact me for further details and information.

Feedback for Buyers Policy
Please note that I do not leave feedback for any transaction in which I am the seller until the buyer has left feedback for me. This allows me to be sure that positive feedback is exchanged or that a satisfactory arrangement can be made if there are any complications with the transaction.
As with most sellers, I hope that any customer that is not satisfied with the transaction to contact me before leaving feedback so that we may make arrangements to reach a mutually beneficial end to our sale. If less than positive feedback is left for me as the seller before I am notified of any complications with the sale, I will not leave positive feedback for the buyer.
My top priority is customer service. I've maintained a 100% positive feedback store since I started buying and selling on eBay, and I hope to keep my score that way for as long as I buy and sell on eBay.
Feedback for Sellers Policy
I will leave positive feedback without any communication to the seller when I buy from them provided meets the description of the item I purchased and was shipped with the service I paid for (within reasonable timeframe).
If I have any problems or complications with our transaction as a buyer, you will be contacted regarding any concerns I have before I leave any feedback. Provided you respond within a reasonable timeframe and are willing to come to a mutually agreeable resolution, I will always leave positive feedback as well.
