Items will be shipped ASAP with payment from Pay Pal, Credit Cards or Money Order. Personal Checks accepted with in 7 days of end of sale, after 7 days of sale will accept only Pay Pal. Personal Checks will have a 10 day shipping delay. Credit Cards sales please contact by email or phone 864.882.8776. SC residents add 6% sales tax. We try to provide the most cost effective shipping possible. All products leave Blackwell Tractor & Parts in new condition. Any Damage done in transit is between customer and shipping company. In case of merchandise damage during transit, we recommend all original packaging be kept and shipper contacted immediately.

If you paid with a credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Non-Defective parts will be inspected and must be in saleable condition, before a refund is issued. Shipping Charges will not be refunded!
