History/background
We have been in the decal/graphics business for over 9 years. We letter race cars, business windows, trailers, etc. We're not a huge company that thinks of its customers as only a number. We treat each customer like family, with the utmost respect & attention. Since my husband and I are the only 2 people that create graphics and work with customers, you'll get personal service every time you email, call, or order from us. We have been through extensive training on each of our commercial grade machines and top of the line software. Just because we're a small business doesn't mean we do small town work. We put out quality products and we won't settle for less.
Payment policy
PayPal, Credit Cards through PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use any major card through PayPal)
Shipping information
We ship via USPS First Class Mail. You should expect to receive your order in about 2-5 business days from the date it was shipped. After we receive your payment and all customized information, we will make your custom item(s) and mail them within 2-3 business days. Although it is rare that items get lost in or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for items once they leave our hands. If you do not purchase insurance and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot replace or refund your order.
Return policy
Because we specialize in personalized items, we are unable to accept returns. We will of course replace an item that has a problem due to an error on our part.
