I have to mark up the price of my doujinshi because I had to pay to import the item to the United States. Working on the -trickle down theory- this cost is passed on to you (the patron) and already been added to the amount item. Most of my books are overstock from a chain bookstore I frequent. Most of the doujinshi and manga is new from Japan. I order in bulk, keep what I like and sell the rest.
