Shipped a bare-bones box with a thin stack of styrofoam on the bottom. Received an absolutely destroyed box. USPS apologized but noted there was no protection of the machine inside. Box was also wet due to potential leak of something inside. Attempted to fire up ice-cream maker and didn't work. Contacted manufacturer and they said that the wiring was damaged during shipping and there's nothing they could do. $163.00 for a paperweight. Awesome!
