I will create a design image and send it to you for your approval. 3. After you approve the design, I will laser engrave your item and send it right out to you!

Please remember the Post Office DOUBLED the parcel rates. Your laser engraved item will be shipped no later than seven business days after you choose your layout. Layout will be approved via email. All of our other products are well packed in plastic or bubble wrap and usually shipped out within seven business days after engraving. We use USPS First Class mail for shipping. It has been our experience that the United States Postal Service delivers in two - three days. But we ARE open to discuss other shipping options like flat rate shipping or Express. I can alway send you an invoice thru PayPal for the extra shipping options you need!

YOUR satisfaction is OUR main goal! All of our items are custom designed to your specific personalized requirements. Finished pieces may only be returned if the layout information was lasered incorrectly compared to the approved design image or the merchandise arrives damaged. If the item was laser engraved incorrectly, we will immediately re-run the item and ship a new item with the corrections at no extra charge.
