As most of you know my son had his kidney surgery in August 2007. He is having some ongoing problems with the kidney and may need another surgery. My family always comes first with me before ebay. Please understand that if my son is sick it can come on with no notice and is like having a baby sick that cannot tell you where it hurts...I know all of you wonderful ebay parents will understand! I am a single mom am a full time caregiver to my son.

I was a payroll tax analyst, bookkeeper/accountant until I began my ebay business allowing me to work from home full time. I have learned that it takes a lot of long hard hours and dealing with all kinds of people to make an ebay business work but is certainly worth it. I have met thousands of kind supportive people and sad to say a few that cannot be pleased. Please check my total feedback score and you will see that the bulk of my customers are repeat buyers. I have learned that communication is all important and would encourage all ebay buyers to simply communicate if they have a problem with a purchase and I will do anything I can to resolve it. I have met some of the most wonderful kind people here on ebay!

I do my best to ship within 48 hours after payment is received. There may be delays if my son is sick but I do my best to let you know that in advance. I am always happy to combine purchases for you for up to 72 hours only. I cannot combine longer than that as I do not do the shipping!

As a rule all sales are final but there is always the exception to the rule. There is no restocking fee on items that are grossly misrepresented and if we agree that is the case. If the item is as described there is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable and items must be returned postmarked within 3 days of receipt. You must have a return authorization number and refund will be in the form of merchandise credit only. Item number MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RETURN PACKAGE AND I DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED OR LATE RETURNS.
