Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad your item arrived safely. As this was an international order I used Ebays Global Shipping Service. I personally charge £2.95 for all postage in the UK, no matter what size of the package and then you would have had the Global Shipping Services charges on top. I try to wrap my items carefully and usually have positive feedback about packaging. Thank you for your custom.

Yes, which is why Ebay's Global Shipping program is a total rip-off and sellers should not use it (it is optional and the best sellers that care about their customers refuse to use it). However, this does not excuse the packaging, which was manifestly inadequate. I wouldn't send a book locally with such poor protection, let alone overseas.
