I am an open and honest person. I believe in solid, honest transactions. I will not bid on any item that I cannot ultimately pay for, no matter how badly I want the item! If the auction end time is a little off from when I can pay, I will contact the seller and inquire if they are open to giving me a few days to pay etc.. I much prefer to pay immediately upon being the winning bidder. (99.9% of the time I've paid immediately, and the few times I've had to wait a few days to pay just drives me nuts!!) Working with the buyer or seller is paramount to me, and I will gladly afford reasonable payment delay requests from buyers who contact me, and stay connected through the course of the transaction.

I prefer PayPal payments, as they are faster and simpler to process. However, depending on the item I'm selling and how soon I need the payment, I may accept money orders. If paying by money order, you can speed up the process by mailing your payment using next day shipping so your item will ship out faster, as your item will not ship until I have received and processed your payment. Please remember that sending an approved mailed money order payment through normal mail will naturally delay the process.

Shipping normally only requires one business day after payment is received/processed. I take shipping of purchased items for winning bidders VERY seriously. Whether or not the buyer elects to pay for shipping insurance, I thoroughly package client's items as if they were being shipped via off road in the bed of a 4x4 pickup through the Rocky Mountains to the North Pole!! My policy is that it is better to provide extra protection to the item and have it received intact, then to just wrap it in say newspaper, throw it in a box and hope it makes it. I myself have received items I've won and purchased on Ebay, only to open the box and find it broken/damaged/destroyed because the seller just threw my item in a box and called it good. I will NEVER do that to anyone - with or without insurance! You can rest assured that your item will be thoroughly packaged with extra care from my own two hands. Returns can often times end up being a sticky situation because not all buyers are honest, and some are either out to down-right cheat you, or stick you with their buyers remorse. Because of this, I do not accept returns. Since it is in my nature to help out and work with people, this is not easy for me. Unfortunately, I've been burned too many times by people with more than dishonest intent, and thus I've had to apply this policy of not accepting returns. Even when dealing with dishonest people, I still am open to communicating through an issue.

Customer support and satisfaction of my winning bidders is very important to me. The same goes for the sellers that I buy from. I prefer to be contacted through Ebay. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you may have, as input from my fellow buyers and sellers on Ebay is very important to me. When buying or selling an item, I check my Ebay page daily.

Feedback is very important to me. We all work very hard on Ebay to build our feedback/transaction levels, so each trasaction is just as important as the next. You can count on me leaving feedback for each transaction I do - both buying and selling. There have been several times where I purchased an item from a seller, left positive feedback for them, then never received feedback for me in return. Even the friendly reminder requests for positive feedback regarding the perfect and smooth trasaction went unanswered! This will never happen with me! I REALLY dislike having to leave negative feedback. Unfortunately, buyers who violate either my 7 day payment policy, or agreed upon payment extension, with non payment on the item they won, will be reported to Ebay, negative feedback will be left, and the item relisted. Though I honestly would rather work it out with the buyer, I will follow this course of action if necessary. I'd much rather work together to avoid this on either end!!

My policy: Communication is ultimately THE most important factor in any and all business transactions in life. Communication, (and attitude for that matter), is everything. I am always ready and willing to communicate with my clients. If at any time you send me a message, and I don't reply quickly, you can rest assured that I am away from my computer/not home/out of town etc.. As soon as I see I have a message, I reply ASAP. At no time will I purposefully ignore an Ebay client's message, regardless of the situation. Unfortuantely, not everyone applies such importance to communication, as there have been many times I've never even received a reply from sellers/buyers that I have attempted to contact. You can rest with all confidence that I will never do the same to anyone who attempts to contact me. Communication is everything!!
