We only accept payment for our auctions via Paypal.com. No other forms of payment such as money order or check are accepted. Payments are required within 7 days of the auction’s closing; if the item is not paid an Unpaid Item Case will be opened. Blowout Bargains USA does not asses Local nor State Taxes on your order unless required by eBay.com.

All of our auctions include shipping and handling fees unless otherwise listed. We currently ship with all domestic providers from: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), & FedEx (Federal Express). Please note that at times in consideration of shipping time and shipping cost, the shipping service of your item may be upgraded however it will never be downgraded (Ex. USPS to UPS, USPS Parcel Post to USPS Media Mail). Shipping insurance is available upon request, and if the shipping insurance option is presented in an auction it is recommended but not required. All shipping fees include Blowout Bargains USA handling fees, these fees are assessed for packaging and delivery. All products are shipped within one day of a completed payment excluding weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and National Holidays. Once your item has shipped the buyer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. NOTICE: WE DO NOT OFFER LOCAL PICKUP!

Returns and refunds are only available on auctions displaying the option or policy of returns and refunds. For auctions not displaying the returns and refunds option will not be accepted unless required by eBay.com. Upon returning an item notification must be received within 7 days of delivery, if you fail to confirm delivery with Blowout Bargains USA via e-mail or feedback as suggested, the 7 days allowed for returns will start on expected delivery time of the shipping service provided. Returns regardless of fault may it be from damaged in shipping or materially different the buyer must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be for the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. All refunds will be processed once the item has received and inspected, the buyer must e-mail Blowout Bargains USA when an item is being returned. If an item is being returned for any other reason than defects and shipping damage a 20% Order Cancellation or Restocking Fee will be assessed
