I mostly sell for local events so buyers often pick up in person. But, when I need to ship I use FedEx. USPS has lost too many items I've shipped and UPS won't insure tickets (no idea why). I've never had a problem with FedEx losing anything and they offer insurance as well. Shipping reliability is VERY important with tickets. If they are lost, they sometimes can not be replaced. When they can be replaced, the replacements can only be picked up on the day of the show by me. So, rather than deal with that, we're all better off using FedEx even for a couple extra dollars :-)

For tickets, I always give FULL refunds if an event is canceled and the tickets (or replacements) will not be honored at a future, rescheduled date as long as they are returned to me within a reasonable time, usually 7 days after the cancellation is made public.

My first son has autism and my wife left her career as a teacher to stay home and care for him and his younger brother. The income from selling helps bridge the income gap.
