I've been selling on eBay since 2003 (mostly buying, though) and have a very good track record (please see my feedback). I am consistent in my customer service and communication. Buying & selling on eBay requires the utmost in speedy communication because you are dealing with a faceless computer screen, not a flesh & bone person in a brick & mortar store. Payments via Paypal, M.O. & well-concealed cash (at your own risk) are acceptable. I do request that all payments are remit w/in 10 days from the date of sent invoice. I usually send invoices w/in 24 hours of auction's end. If you need more time to send payment, all that I require is a simple notice of your situation & when you will send payment. I also ask that a follow-up notice be sent to me when the payment is sent (for those paying w/ m.o. & cash). Contact must be made by the buyer w/ 3 days of sent invoice's date. If no contact, or payment, is made by that time I will send a 2nd invoice with a deadline of 24-48 hours (depends on value of item) of the most recent invoice sent. If it comes to that point, that means I am chasing you for payment. That's something that does not make me a happy gal...I literally have no time to run down deadbeat bidders, either let me know what's going on or don't bid. If no contact is made w/in 7 days, then eBay will take over the matter. Thanks!! =)

Shipping is via USPS Priority, Parcel Post or 1st Class Mail (depends on weight). Generally, I ship within 1-3 days from date of payment cleared. I always notify when I plan to ship, when I ship or why I haven't shipped when I said I would & when I will finally ship. That way my buyers are always up-to-date w/ their items. Shipping times are subject to the postal office & national holidays. Insurance is highly recommended as I cannot be held responsible for the package once it has left my hands.

Returns are only accepted on items with gross misrepresentation. I will refund the auction's final price (return shipping price is at the expense of the buyer). However, the item must be sent back within 7 days of notification of issue. I must also require that notification of issue must be made to me within 3 days of receiving item. Any claim made after that time will not be accepted. Refund will be made after I inspect the item. Refunds on damaged items aren't available unless insurance was purchased. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged once they are on the conveyor belts.
