returns accepted most items - see listing - request contact within 3 days of receipt of package if item being returned and reason. buyer pays return postage. refund of all monies paid in original purchase/shipping. Insurance is optional on all listings. if an item breaks in transit, w/ins contact shipping company for reimbursement. w/o ins. item is not returnable, no refund issued. we do package well, will go above and beyond if see an item needs more pkg/postage than charged in listing (no additional to buyer), insurance strongly encouraged on more fragile items.
