Mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that counts. I received the incorrect mirror in the first shipment. Easy mistake, as I received the exact same item, just a different mounting style. With this being an international shipment, handling a return wasn't the easiest thing to do. The seller was there, communicative and working with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Could not recommend them more, buy with confidence !

payed for item, Cheapest on the whole internet! Seller sends tracking # , then sends me message 2 days later that item is damaged (Toast) and cannot be sold to me, I asked for pictures of damaged product, seller responded that item is TOAST ,then seller says will issue refund, and its been 48 hrs, still no refund!
I will be reaching out to eBay on this..
DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

You can see from our extensive position feedback that this is not how we operate. We take great efforts to please our buyers.
The item was damaged beyond repair. Within 24 hours of the purchase we informed the buyer of that and refunded the money. There was a bank delay getting him the money which we sorted out in 10 minutes once we were aware the buyer had not received it. The buyer was not harmed in anyway.
Despite this he created his own emotional fiction and posted this rubbish.

First, I was grateful that the Oberon clutch slave cylinder offered for my 2014 VFR800 was available just over the border, negating the need to buy directly from the manufacturer in the UK. The Canadian seller, Bluecanuk, provided a speedy response to my purchase and though my package very unexpectedly was missing the replacement gasket, they were quick to get me one. Customer service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

We sent updated tracking. Before we could do anything more buyer had a melt down and left this feedback. We then told him shipment was USPS not UPS as he thought and maybe to check his mailbox. We have heard nothing since so we assume he has his package and is happy. We always do our upmost to look after our customers see lots of other feedback.
