I have been on ebay for a good number of years now and generally have had no issues with things I sell or purchase. If I offer stamps for sale they are from an inherited collection. I am no stamp dealer. I do my best to gather information and prices them accordingly. Please note I check ebay daily Monday - Saturday usually in the mornings, but on Sunday I do not always get online. That is the only day I will generally take off. If you try to reach me on a Sunday and cannot do so, be patient, I will be back Monday morning.

I always pay using paypal! I prefer paypal for your payments to me also. I DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS!! Payment is expected within 3 days of receiving your item, however, you should contact me if there is a problem with making the payment by then. I will gladly work with you.

I ship within 1 day of receiving cleared payment. I require insurance on U.S orders if the cost of the item purchased is more than $50. This is for your protection and mine. Insurance is not available for international orders. Insurance rates for U.S. orders are: $0.01 to $50.00 of coverage costs $1.75 (only if you request it) $50.01 to $100.00 of coverage costs $2.25 $100.01 to $200.00 of coverage costs $2.75 $200.01 to $300.00 of coverage costs $4.70 Anything over $300.00 add $1.00 per $100 of coverage. Multiple items shipped at the same time will only be charged the combined insurance fee, not the individual fees.

Every item you receive will be the item pictured in the auction. As a general policy, I do not issue any refunds. This is to protect me from fraudulent claims. That being said, I do not want any customer to feel unhappy with their purchase, and I will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I will consider all options, including a full refund, if the situation warrants it. Please let me know immediately if you have any questions about your purchase. If you have a complaint PLEASE remember to deal respectfully with me or anyone else on ebay when something comes up. Not everyone is a crook and those of us who are nice really wish you would give us a chance before you behave badly and make nasty threats when a simple -I'm not satisfied- would have worked. I will give you the same respect if I purchase something I am not happy with.

I will always try to leave feedback within 24hours of receiving an item or receiving your feedback. However, if I am away or cannot get online I will leave the feedback immediately upon return.
