Usually ship within 1 business day, except for custom work which takes time to create and design, may take 1-3 weeks depending on requests and themes chosen

Most items are returnable but read individual listing for more detail. On custom work: I email you pictures with the progress of all pages as they are done. At that time, its best to let me know if you want somthing changed or different before pages are sent. If a page is customized with name or specific name of place, It will be hard for me to try to resell it and those specific pages cant be refunded after shipment has been completed. I will try to accomodate and please you as much as I can but keep in mind custom work is based on personal taste and selections. You may help me with selections of products if you know specific name brands and availability is possible.
