Opened to the public in 1999, in an antique hamlet called Ridgefield, Illinois, c.1855 (an early settlers' railroad town), in a structure built by hand by a wagon maker in 1855 to house the men building the rail line through on the ridge (these men named the town). I brought with sales experiance in fine real wood furniture, fine jewelry and years of good old customer service. Plus, my passion for old stuff, I can't help but mention. My 'frame & plank' store is a genuine old-fashioned curiosity shop, showcasing: antiques, collectibles, original fine art and a ton more great stuff. This year I decided is no better time to go electronic. And so here I go to expand into this virtual world... I will miss working face to face with you folks & hope to have the pleasure to make each transaction a satisfing one plus continue to make more clients happy through this new medium.
