I work as a freelancer on the web. I have certification's in HTML coding,CSS, and PSP(Paintshop Pro). I design company logo's, web pages,and have strong knowledge of photoshop. I also sell on E-bay as a third party seller(meaning I sell for them).

Policy with Seller
I put a 21 day hold on all fund's recieved for item's sold for security of the buyer.If the item's are not shipped on time or no information is provided to me by seller for the item's sold (such as tracking number, invoice etc..etc..) Automatic termination of contract occur's and a total refund for purchase is issued to buyer. The seller must give correct description of item's providing all serial number/model numbers , detailed and displayable photo's of item's, and keep in constant contact with me. Funds are paid directly to my Paypal account so that I can make sure that there are no problems with transaction's and will be lifted as soon as conformation of buyer's satisfaction with product.
