Bnefriends (pronounced beanie friends) represents two internet users who originally created the account to collect beanie babies: Karen and her son David Morris.

toys, games, computer products, consumer electronics, and collectables.

We used to buy solely beanie babies, but we've given up on the beanie baby market. Recently, most of our purchases have been computer related.

It all started in 1999 when three beanie baby collectors in Winter Haven, Florida discovered eBay. The Bnefriends are now located in Port Charlotte, Florida, a town located in the southwest region of the state. The name still lives even though we don't collect beanie babies any more, and we use this name across the internet.

We only accept PayPal. We used to accept checks and money order, but this ceased when eBay changed their policies, sorry.

We resent people who charge outrageous shipping & handling rates, so that's why we strive to offer fair and inexpensive shipping. In fact, we offer First Class Mail shipping whenever possible because is is often cheaper than the slower alternatives. We also offer services such as Priority Mail and Express Mail for people who want their items delivered faster than First Class or Parcel Post can offer. We have no problem with shipping to most foreign countries so long as the foreign customer pays the shipping costs. We usually offer optional insurance for protection against shipping damage. We usually use the United States Postal Service because it tends to be faster, and provides service that is just good as the more expensive alternative. However, in some cases, other carriers may be used. We support our troops and will consider shipping to APOs or FPOs, but please contact us before bidding; we can't make any promises on the matter.

We hope that we never sell a defective product, but we have a seven day return policy just in case. We ONLY accept returns in the event that an item is defective. We do NOT accept returns based on a problem caused by shipping damage or abuse by the buyer. Buyers who desire to return their purchase(s) must first contact us by email or phone (phone is prefered) before they ship the item(s) back.

We provide an email address and telephone number to the winning bidder(s). Such contact information is generally sent with their invoice or directly to the email address they provide.

Just as many sellers, we will dispute non-payment within eBay, but unlike the average seller, we will not hesitate to take such matters off eBay. In some cases, we may notify credit bureaus, third party collection agencies, internet or email provider abuse departments, telephone company abuse departments, and in some of the worst scenerios, law enforcement. We may also notify agencies not listed here at our discretion. Due to fraud, there shall be no refund if a buyer sends a payment in an amount greater than an items price.
