Return policy
You can return it. I'll pay for the shipping. Chances are you won't. The item is always better than expected :) - By the way, the way Ebay DSRs are set up, re-sellers will buy items, re-sell at a huge profit, and then leave the lowest DSRs to damage other sellers' reputation and reduce the competition (then they leave a positive feedback - Did they like the item or not? Hmmmm). Unfortuneately, I have to block these buyers and report them to Ebay for DSR manipulation.

Please don't leave low DSRs without trying to work out any problems first. Please don't leave low DSRs and then refuse to return the item because you really want to keep it, but don't want competition for your sales. Please don't buy my item and then not pay for it (if it's taken off the market, no one else can buy it either - if something goes wrong and shit hits the fan, just let me know. I can wait, just communicate, that's all.
Please don't leave negative or negatives in the positive column, unless you have talked to me first. If you are unhappy, give me a chance at least to make it right. I'm pretty easy-going and always go the extra mile to make my customers happy.
