I've been doing business with Bob's Hobby Shop for many years, either online or at his shop. I will continue until I'm unable to. The used garbage that someone wrote is probable vintage and old. Keep up the good work Bob.

I recieved a prompt response to my inquire about an item on sale. I received a prompt response to my inquiry "they never made a powered unit and if you dont know that you should not be bidding" Not very customer oriented is it?

This person listed an item I purchased as new and what I received was used garbage. I would not do any bussiness with this seller. I tried for months to get my money back. He kept on saying that it was new when it was used garbage. I was ripped off by him and never receive my money back. Then I left negitive feedback on him he retaleated and left me negtive feedback on me. Do Not DO BUSSINESS WITH HIM. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
