Bought as a gift. Phone was locked and Total customer service stated my phone could have been stolen. Required me to sign up for a separate service for 60 days and pay a huge fee. Seller refused any refund or resolution. Apparently returns are not accepted if you dare try to make sure your phone works. Also verizon got a pixel 7a model from the IMEI, not a 6a like what was purchased and on the box.
