In leaving DSRs, there's a big misconception about the shipping time rating. This category is not about delivery time from seller to buyer. The buyer is to rate how efficiently the seller brought your package to the shipping company. After the service has received your package, the seller has no control over delivery times. In leaving DSRs for shipping and handling, please note that your order package is shipping from Canada. Buyers from outside Canada should not be basing their rating as to what USA based sellers are charging. Postage, as well as material required to protect your item, is higher in Canada and there are no cheaper media mail services, such as those available to USA based sellers, so of course Canadian based sellers will be charging more than our USA based counterparts (it would be unfair to compare the two). Thank you for your consideration when leaving feedback, it's an important eBay component.

If you will leave a DSR (detailed seller rating) entry for any purchase, please note that giving a seller anything less than 5 stars will be harmful. A seller with a DSR in the low 4's may be suspended from eBay and put out of business. Many buyers believe that 4 stars is a very good rating to give sellers. It is not, as eBay penalizes sellers who do not receive 5 stars in ALL the categories. If you believe a 5 star rating in any of the categories is not warranted, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, as your customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
