Payment policy
Paypal is fine, but I REALLY prefer money orders. Paypal is outrageously expensive for sellers to accept. This is the reason why shipping two ounces is going to cost you, the buyer, 4 dollars.

I usually ship items 5 days a week.
Return policy
In most cases, unless I state in the auction otherwise, your money back if not delighted. Just return your item within 7 days. I even refund your original shipping charge. I will add here, that for all of the thousands of transactions I have had, I have NEVER had a return.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND FEES
Keep in mind, when I select a shipping amount, it will be higher than the actual shipping amount. Please consider the listing fees and the final value fees charged to me from Ebay. Add to that an outrageous Paypal fee (2.9% + 30 cents). Then consider the cost of the box, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing tape. If I have to fill out a customs form, my time is valuable. Gasoline is a huge expense. And while I don't add a premium for the gas in my fees, I still drive to the Post Office or shipping store. So please, don't assume that I am going to charge you the actual shipping amount to ship and item. In most cases, the buyer is paying for part of it in the shipping charge, and I am am absorbing part of it in the price if the item sold.
FEEDBACK
I do not leave feedback for buyers until it has been left for me. The reason I do this is to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the transaction. I make every reasonable accomodation to make a buyer happy with a transaction and in most cases will gladly accept a return. I even refund the original shipping amount. In spite of this, there have been a small handful of buyers who have left me neutral or negative feedback without giving me an opportunity to correct the situation. My overall feedback speaks for itself. If you try to get a partial refund on your item (and still keep the item....yup, it has happened) because of buyer remorse you will be disappointed. A buyer can return the item for a full refund, or keep the item. FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT IN KIND, once it has been left for me.
