This isn't the first damaged item I've purchased from this seller. I decided she made a mistake the first time and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She does not describe condition issues. All items are described as "Excellent". Item was sent in damaged condition. Rather than communicate with me, the seller left it to ebay to refund me. I still out my shipping costs for the return and I can't get a single response out of this seller. ZERO Communication & Doesn't Describe Condition Issues.

I am LIVID!!!! Horrible customer service. Didn't receive ANY messages regarding shipping, DC#, or response to queries when item did not arrive. Had to go thru Ebay; Seller said they were checking and would get back to me. 3 days later - nothing. So I sent another message. Again, no response, except Ebay provided me with a refund, which I did not want! I wanted the item as it was to be an extremely special gift, as the seller was well aware. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

You explained NOTHING in any previous email/message - did NOT site it had sold (I mean HOW can that be if it still showed as an active listing, even up until a couple of weeks ago?? - Oh yes, I've been tracking). You strung me out until ebay stepped in, paid me, then recouped $ from you. RUN THIS NONSENCE on people less knowledgeable. Not only unreliable, but completely despicable and lacking conscience. KARMA: One gets back what one puts out.
