Blade Edge Broke First Time We Used It.
Nice looking knives, and sharp. However, we were very disappointed to have a large piece of the blade edge break off into the meat my wife was cutting the very first time it was used. I know this isn't an expensive set but I did expect better. The claim that the hardness is next to diamonds holds little water. I guess I shouldn't have believed all the hype. Don't fall for it like I did.
