I have started quite a collection of cookie cutters from my orders. I make almost all of them myself and the box is filling quickly! If I don't have the cutter, I make a new one...interesting and fun always!

I enjoy baking, mostly for kids. I like to create special cookies and cakes for kids and the young at heart. I make the most of every situation and the tools I can find therefore almost all of my cookie cutters and cake shapes are custom made by me.

I accept U.S. Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Paypal. When sending a payment, please contact me to let me know you are mailing your payment so I can watch for it to arrive and ship your item as quickly as possible. If you mail your payment, please keep in mind that I do not ship or start a cookie order until your form of payment has cleared with my bank. Checks take up to 10 days to clear sometimes and Money Orders now have to clear since the recent news of money order scams out there. I trust my buyers but I still have to protect myself, please understand. Thanks.

Shipping methods and costs are always clearly listed on each and every listing I place on Ebay. Occasionally I have to raise the cost of shipping for my items based on Postal increases, packing supply increases and so forth. I have recently had to increase the shipping and handling cost on my cookie listings to reflect the addition of INCLUDED delivery confirmation due to some buyers that stated they hadn't received their packages. It's unfortunate that sometimes there are ones out there that cause increases for others but with the addition of included Delivery Confirmation, you and I both can rest assured that your items will arrive and you can even track them during shipping. I email my buyers the Delivery Confirmation Number. I also offer shipping insurance, usually optional. If you have any questions, please contact me before bidding.

Follow the listed terms on your auction for more specifics on any returns/credits for what you're buying. Any returns will be processed according to the original auction terms. Returns will never include a refund of shipping costs and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please bid responsibly. Cookie orders have a Return Policy specific to them. Please read and follow what is on your listing carefully. I do not give refunds or accept returns on toys and electronic items. These items will have required shipping insurance listed on the auction. Each item is TESTED and I will state the condition of the item on the listing and that is the exact condition the item will be in when shipped. I now require shipping insurance on anything that takes batteries or plugs in because of past unethical ebuyers. I will work very hard to find a solution if there is ever a problem and I am honest and very fair.
