How: Items are shipped by Fed-Ex or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise specified. When: Item is not shipped until buyer's payment has been received and cleared by bank. After payment has cleared, the item is shipped within 24 hours. (Checks require 7-10 days to clear, credit card payments and money orders 1 day.) Most bidders pay by credit card.

Bright-Meadows offers a 7-day conditional money back guarantee. (This encourages bids on your items.) If buyer wants to return item for a valid reason (e.g. item doesn't work, item is other than described, etc.) they may do so. After return of item, Bright-Meadows sends buyer a full refund, including original shipping/insurance charges. (Buyer pays insured shipping for the items return.) If Bright-Meadows made description error, item will be re-listed with an accurate description at no additional charge to Seller. If Seller made description error, Bright-Meadows fee of $18.50 plus return shipping applies for the original listing and again if the Seller decides to re-list item with an accurate description.
