In the United States I ship via USPS Priority Mail (charge shipping plus $2/$3 handling depending on the item). Insurance is extra and optional. I will combine items for shipping.

Do not accept returns. I spend large amounts of time in describing the items I sell and am incredibly careful all aspects of shipping the items.

The Golden Rule -- I treat others as I would like to treated. I like my business relationships to be clear and of benefit to all of the parties involved. I am genuinely grateful for the business people give me and strive to make the relationship enjoyable. I believe people appreciate their business with me since I communicate the rules governing the transaction extremely well, I notice details others miss, and I do what I say. I am a professional. People who break rules and see only their side of a transaction, have on occasion seen me as their worst nightmare, because I adhere to rules so well, there is little room for taking unfair advantage. I know the difference between requests that are part of the small stuff that creeps into relationships and rank dishonesty. I am tolerant of the first, but have been known to have a scorched earth policy toward the second.
