My friend Rita taught me how to navigate eBay so that I could sell some things in my house. I started with my old Telefunken Radio that my mother-in-law brought over from Germany back in the 30's. I didn't want it, I didn't use it, but it seemed like I could get some good money for it, which I did. 'Bout a thousand items later, I still get excited about selling on eBay. I love finding out about the history of all sorts of items and love discovering that I'm selling a true 'find.' I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition and have worked as a hospital Dietitian for many years, taking time off to raise my 2 wonderful daughters. Too much time for ANYONE in a hospital can get depressing and a little boring, so I like having alot of other things to do in life.

Since I got 'stiffed' on a $10 check from an eBay buyer, (and the bank charged me $20 for the fee), I can no longer accept personal checks. So that leaves Paypal, a money order or a cashiers check.

I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I always email you to let you know when the item is being sent out. I prefer to charge exact shipping plus a modest handling fee, which includes tracking or delivery confirmation. I find that to be fairest and most economical for you. I will only ship internationally if the item is registered airmal, has tracking and/or insurance.
