Repair was half the price of buying a functional used board. Brooks turned the unit around quickly and shipped back to me all within a week (door to door). Treadmill works now. Only small negative was that there is no communication on what the issue was or if it was fixed (just my part in a box). So, I reinstalled it not really knowing if it was going to work. Like I said, not a huge deal and they state in thier ad that they don't provide a report detailing the repairs made.

Our treadmill was dead. Took a gamble that it was the lower unit, so,I pulled it out and shipped it off to these guys, One week later it was shipped back, I reinstalled, and the treadmill worked perfectly. be warned. sent back through . "Ebays Shipping US" global shipping program . not sent as advertised USPS First Class Mail International / First Class Package International Service. now stuck in customs 15 days and still waiting. had to send info to customs to find out how much fees will be on top. works out costly. repairs say nothing they can do. eBay say that you have to ask sender to chase it up. dont even know if repaired ok
