We accept PayPal (preferred for fastest processing) for all orders. PayPal allows you to pay by credit card, by eCheck or directly from your checking account. For fastest service, please use the eBay checkout. Winners of multiple auctions can combine them for lower shipping rates. For more details, see our Shipping section. Payments are due within 7 days of auctions end. We are not responsible for lost or late payments.

We ship to and accept bids from the U.S. only. Winning bidder pays all shipping, handling and insurance charges. Delivery confirmation is free on all packages. Insurance optional at extra cost. Our shipping and handling charges cover not only the actual cost of the postage on the package, but also packing and shipping material and labor. We ship via USPS at least twice a week, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are not liable for USPS transit time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Combined Shipping -- If you are the winning bidder on multiple auctions we will combine your purchases saving you money on shipping. Buy $50.00 or more of ANY of our items and shipping is free! That's right -- Free shipping on any order of $50 dollars or more! To qualify for the shipping discount, buyers must send one combined payment for all items purchased from Tim's Comics within a 7 day period.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Should you find any item in our store not as described you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are given only if an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing or arrives damaged due to our part. We will refund your original shipping charge, however, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We require that you contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt. At this point, we will give you instructions for returning your item for a refund, credit or exchange.
