Closing of a timeshare is a real estate transaction and does take time usually 30-60 days. . Upon receipt of payment the new deed will be sent to the county for recording. The new owner will be emailed a copy of the deed as soon as it is recorded. A copy of the deed will be sent to the resort for finalization in their records. Some Resorts take 60 days to complete the transfer and we will keep you informed along the way with our online Status Report. When the transfer is complete the new owner will be mailed the original deed.

If the item should become unavailable, or if it is significantly different than described above, we will offer you a 100% refund within 7 days. We are representing the item on eBay as it has been represented to us by our donor/seller. After the sale, a closing company will begin the timeshare transfer. If during the transfer process the timeshare description and/or details in this listing are found to contain an error that renders it inaccurate we will refund your money in full. Refunds are only available if the description is erroneous. We will also exchange a timeshare for another in our inventory within 60 days of purchase for any reason.
