If I buy something from you please leave honest feedback for me. Do not use the feedback system as advertising for your website or your products. That is a misuse and against feedback policy and I will have it removed.
Business InformationPayment policy
Paypal is preferred. I DO NOT accept payments via paypal that require a transfer from your bank account. It takes TOO LONG! Those transactions can take up to 7 business days. It's not practical. If this is the only means you have to pay I guess I will accept it but I really prefer NOT to.
Shipping information
Shipping with some method of tracking is always a MUST for me. If it means I have to provide it free of charge then that's what I'll do.
Return policy
I normally allow 3 business days for a money back return BUT you have to COMMUNICATE. First, you have 24 hrs from the time you receive your item to contact me and let me know what's wrong and that you intend on returning it. Second you have to SHIP it back using the SAME exact method of shipping that I sent it. You are responsible for shipping costs. You must include some method of tracking, i.e. tracking, signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, etc... () This is all to GUARANTEE both of us a very SMOOTH return transaction. () I dealt with a horrible return once where myself and the buyer were caught in the Post Office's MESS and we didn't use any means of tracking,LESSON LEARNED and from then on I've never had a return but definitely will not make that mistake again!

Feedback
Feedback is THE most important factor in eBay for sellers. I value my feedback and I feel that by doing honest business 100% of the time equals 100% positive feedback...BUT when you deal with inexperienced buyers you can find yourself in vulnerable situations in regards to feedback.
Things I do to warrant positive feedback:
(1) Communicate fast. I have an iPhone and have the eBay application and I receive e-mails right away 24/7. In the military communication is something we're constantly working to improve and I will do my best to communicate effectively with buyers.
(2) Shipping. I usually provide free shipping OR free tracking/insurance, etc... AND I normally ship within 1 business day at most 2 business days.
(3) The follow up. I will follow up with you to make sure you received the item and that you are satisfied with your purchase.
4. Refunds. If a refund is needed I will do it IMMEDIATELY!
In summary, I feel I do a lot of good so PLEASE leave me positive feedback
