I ship items within 48 hours of closing. I pack well, and try to balance economics and timliness in choosing a shipping method. I do sometimes reuse packing supplies to keep shipping/handling costs low, but I only use CLEAN supplies. Insurance is always available, but usually optional.

I want my customers to be happy, so I will accept returns within 5 days of receipt by buyer. Buyer MUST contact me first, and item must be in same condition as it was sold. Buyer pays return shipping by comparable shipping method (including insurance if original shipment was insured).
