Vendor shipped this item promptly. Upon arrival , I unpacked this item and ' opened' it up to allow it to ' expand' to its stated sizing. After 7 days... this item did NOT ' expand' very much. I contacted eBay and the vendor to alert them to this problem. eBay suggested I work with the vendor... first ... to try and resolve this problem ... which I did. Vendor was very response and asked me to send them current fotos showing the item condition... which I did.... item had been OPENED...
