My business background consists mainly of a retail environment. It seems that I have been selling something or another for most of my life. I am in charge of purchasing and shipping, as well as the administrative aspects of our business. My better half is in charge of helping with all other aspects of the business, stepping in where ever she is needed. We love our business, because we know that when we sell a toy and it is shipped that within a couple of days we have put a smile on a child's face or one who is young at heart - somewhere within the US or across the Globe. We know that a new toy - to a child whether new or used - is a gift of joy. We sell only good quality items, the type of items that we would be willing to purchase for our grandchildren.

We accept Paypal - preferred - but also Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. No personal checks please. We ask that you contact us within 3 days from the day of purchase to let us know what payment option you have chosen. We need to receive payment within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will email you when payment has been received to acknowledge the payment made.

We ship within 2 Business Days from the date of payment for most items. Larger items may take 3 Business Days - but we will email you when the item has shipped and tracking numbers will be provided on items that ship through a qualifying method. We ask that you let us know when your item has arrived safely and at that time feedback will be left. When the US Postal Service raised rates, we too had to raise shipping rates. However, we discount on combined shipping. Also with so many items listed we set First Class Mail shipping at $2.70 for most items but if the item is small we will adjust your invoice to reflect a lower First Class Rate. Our handling charge covers the envelope cost & trips to the Post Office.

We will accept returns - but we do not pay postage for the item to be sent back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund for your purchase price - not for the postage - as that money has been sent to the appropriate shipping service. We ask that you email us with any concerns on items that you receive before leaving feedback - we will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have - because You, the Customer are Our Business.

The Items we sell on eBay are mostly Used and / or 2nd Hand. We sell only GOOD QUALITY Used Items. They are tested & cleanded before listing, stored in a smoke free enviroment, & cleaned before shipping. We list most of our items with Minor Marks from Normal Play but they usually have no marks or very minimal - but we list them this way incase there is a Mark we don't see, but the buyer might notice once received. Since they are 2nd hand, we can't inform you if the toy's original home was smoke free or pet free, but once received from us they are cleaned with Clorox Clean Fresh, stored in a smoke free enviroment, & cleaned before shipping.
