We are a full line music retail chain of 3 stores located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have been providing high quality musical instruments, school band services, instrument rentals, lessons and repairs to our customers for over 50 years.

Woodwind, Brasswind, Drums and percussion, guitars and amps, keyboards, hi-tech recording, PA and sound reinforcement, and all the related accessories. We sell both new and used items. We are factory authorized dealers for all new items that we sell.

Paypal is the only method of payment we accept at the current time.

At the current time, we will only ship to USA paypal addresses. We do not ship internationally under any circumstances. We ship via UPS primarily, and by US postal service for certain items. All items are shipped from 6891 Simpson Ave., Cincinnati OH 45239

We wish our customers to be happy with both our merchandise and our service. We will cheerfully accept returns on merchandise if a return authorization has been requested within 14 days of customer receiving the item. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, and must include all accessories, paperwork,and complete unused warranty cards {if applicable}. Refunds are issued in the form of Paypal refund. We will refund the initial purchase price and shipping fees. Shipping costs for return of merchandise to us are the customer's responsibility.
