Payments are due in 3 days after the end of the auction, unless you are activily bidding on other items. I will combine shipping when possible & hold previous wins until you are done shopping. Within two days of receiving payment and usually the same day (if possible) You will receive an email from Paypal stating that I printed a shipping label & have shipped your item. This email will also include the Delivery Confirmation number. Please email me if you do not receive this email and I will gladly resend this information. I am not responsible for items I have shipped arriving damaged as I package my items very securily. If you want to add on insurance it is available on everything I sell. If you item is lost during transit, I am not responsible for that either. Again if you want insurance it is available on every item I sell and can be added on during the paying process.

I can do refunds but ONLY in rare occasions, I will judge this on a case by case situation when & if the occasion rises.

I usually ship via the US Postal Service 98% of the time. Once I give them your package I am not longer responsible for the time it takes to get to you or the condition you received it. As long as I ship promply, it is now in the hands of the Post Office. Please remember all shipping times quoted from the shipper is an estimate and not a guaranteed time. If you want a guaranteed delivery time you must pay extra for a guaranteed deliver by time .
